1 Executive Coaching Our executive coaching services are all designed to help executives perform to their full potential. 2 Leadership Transition (LT) Coaching The actions taken by executives during their first three months in a new international assignment largely determine whether they succeed or not in the long-term. Our one-to-one executive LT coaching service offers senior executives a blueprint for addressing the challenges of personal transition and organizational change that confront them in their first few months in a new position. Our LT coaching starts with an in-depth situation analysis. We then look at the typical errors executives make when promoted to a new international position and how to get off to a good start. We also explore stakeholder expectations, engage in critical relationship analysis, and develop an appropriate goal scenario to help executives achieve their business objectives. Our LT coaching program comprises 5 sessions over a three month period.
3 Global Competency Development Model(Entry) For a group of Japanese managers involved in a longitudinal research project, a coaching session is individually held for one hour in order to assess the level of global competencies and support the development of global competencies in conjunction with the personality trait assessment of Workplace Big Five.
4 Global Competency Development Model(Exit) At the end of the project finishing in one year after the 1st wave entry level of assessment, the 2nd wave of the assessment is given to the same cohort group in order to analyze a mechanism of developing global competencies.
5 Workplace Personality Traits Coaching Session Based on the result of the Workplace Big Five Assessment of personality traits, a coaching session is given to the examinees in order to brief the outcome of the assessment and give a tip of developing. Although personality traits tend to take a lot of time to be changed, it is important to set up a clear objective for development in conjunction with the GCIs.

Working Across Cultures
(1day)

Working Across Cultures is a foundational cross-cultural program which introduces the participants to the fundamentals of working across cultures.

This course aims at developing the cultural competencies required for working with people who have different norms and values. Its focus is on self-awareness and basic intercultural skills. It is suitable for employees with little or no contact with people from other cultures. The program is ideal for pre-departure training. The program focuses on:

  • Developing awareness of one's own cultural orientation
  • Developing understanding and respect for other cultures
  • Developing skills for effective interaction with people from other cultures

Creating Synergy
(2 days)

Creating Synergy is an intermediate cross-cultural Trompenaars Hamden-Turner course designed for a multicultural group and focuses on successfully handling the challenges and dilemmas of the global business environment.

When operating in a global context, cross-cultural challenges and dilemmas can be extremely challenging. This program focuses on successfully dealing with these business dilemmas when working with other cultures. Through an understanding and appreciation of the impact of corporate and national culture on business systems and work practices, participants will learn how to actively leverage and positively work with national culture differences to create synergies which enhance competitiveness. All participants are required to take the Intercultural Awareness Profile (IAP) a month prior to the course. The program focuses on:

(2 days)

Creating Synergy is an advanced cross-cultural Trompenaars Hamden-Turner course designed for senior managers. It focuses on effectively handling the business dilemmas created by working in the global business environment.

Cultural Briefings are country-specific or area-specific programs which give comprehensive, practical guidelines for working effectively in more than 20 countries in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Oceania, and North America.

Cultural Briefings are suitable for international assignees as well as employees who have frequent face-to-face contact and communication with foreign counterparts. The program focuses on effective interaction with colleagues, subordinates, customers and suppliers in other countries. Through this program, participants will:

2 Global Leadership Program
(4 days)

>Based on the work of Professors of Leadership, James Kousez and Barry Posner, this 360 degree leadership program, is aimed at helping managers become more effective in their global leadership roles.

Being an effective leader starts with the self. Self-awareness is critical. This course focuses on identifying and leveraging the managers' strengths in order for them to operate more effectively in their leadership roles. Through their research, Professors James Kousez and Barry Posner were able to identify five distinct leadership practices which vary very little from industry to industry, profession to profession, and culture to culture. The five practices are:

Through this course, the participants will:
