2 | Leadership Transition (LT) Coaching | The actions taken by executives during their first three months in a new international assignment largely determine whether they succeed or not in the long-term. Our one-to-one executive LT coaching service offers senior executives a blueprint for addressing the challenges of personal transition and organizational change that confront them in their first few months in a new position. Our LT coaching starts with an in-depth situation analysis. We then look at the typical errors executives make when promoted to a new international position and how to get off to a good start. We also explore stakeholder expectations, engage in critical relationship analysis, and develop an appropriate goal scenario to help executives achieve their business objectives. Our LT coaching program comprises 5 sessions over a three month period. |
3 | Global Competency Development Model(Entry) | For a group of Japanese managers involved in a longitudinal research project, a coaching session is individually held for one hour in order to assess the level of global competencies and support the development of global competencies in conjunction with the personality trait assessment of Workplace Big Five. |
4 | Global Competency Development Model(Exit) | At the end of the project finishing in one year after the 1st wave entry level of assessment, the 2nd wave of the assessment is given to the same cohort group in order to analyze a mechanism of developing global competencies. |
5 | Workplace Personality Traits Coaching Session | Based on the result of the Workplace Big Five Assessment of personality traits, a coaching session is given to the examinees in order to brief the outcome of the assessment and give a tip of developing.
